  • How do I amend my bookings?

    All alterations and cancellations are obliged to be shared with the www.comparetheparking.co.uk
    All amendments will be based on the terms and condition of www.comparetheparking.co.uk
    The customers who desires to diminish or prolong the stays for their reserved service will be liable to follow the deductions and payments accordingly.
    All amendments request must be made via Customer Support or Manage Booking option.


  • What is the procedure for making the complaints?

    Please send your complaints by email to car parking company by following the complaints procedure in your confirmation email. Please note: We are only a booking agent and cannot be held responsible for any complaints in relation to damage or the service itself. Clients are to contact the individual car parking companies directly in these cases before leaving the car park.


  • How do I cancel a booking?

    Please check Terms and Conditions "Section-4" and "Section-5". All cancellation requests should be made in writing through our Customer Support or Manage Booking option.


  • Who will be waiting at the Airport?

    As per your arranged time, the service provider will arrange their representative to the Airport to collect your vehicle.


  • Can my return date be changed?

    Yes, you can change your return date 24hrs prior to the departure date using Customer Support ort Manage Booking option. Once you left your vehicle with the service provider then you must contact to the service provider with your new return date and time.


  • Can I make an account?

  • Can special requests be made?

    Yes, you can make special requests and we will try and help you in every possible way. While booking online, specify your special requests. We value our customers and are always interested and eager to fulfill all your requirements.

  • What checks you do before taking a parking provider on board ?

    We review service providers insurance documents, awarding body certificates (if applicable) and car park arrangements at the time of onboarding. Customers can also directly contact their service provider for any inquiries regarding the storage of their vehicle or any other questions they may have. We urge car parks to notify us of any material change However we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies that might occur in the future.


  • How do I obtain a VAT receipt ?

    1. If you require a VAT receipt for your booking, it must be obtained directly from the relevant car park operator (the “Principal Operator”) with whom you made your reservation. 2. In accordance with HMRC VAT Receipt Guidelines, only the Principal Operator responsible for providing the parking service can issue a full VAT receipt. 3. We act solely as an agent therefore unable to issue VAT invoices. We can only provide details of the Gross Payment made for your parking. 4. A VAT receipt will only be provided by us where: a. The Principal Operator has expressly authorised us to do so; and b. The Principal Operator has provided us with their VAT registration details. 5. In the absence of the above-mentioned authorisation and information, we will not be able to generate or provide a VAT receipt. For any inquiries regarding VAT receipts, we recommend contacting the Principal Operator directly.


  • What is booking and processing fee ?

    We are committed to offering our customers the most convenient and high-quality parking booking service. Achieving this standard requires significant resources, including staffing, technical and marketing costs. To support these operations, we charge a booking fee, which is applied at checkout, and a processing fee, which is incorporated into the quoted price. These fees enable us to maintain the level of service you expect and deserve when booking on our website.
